In response to the Government of the Republic of Lithuania's decisions concerning the COVID-19 pandemic in the world, the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre is cancelling its performances scheduled for the period of the quarantine.
LNOBT‘s Box Office shall be closed from 13 March to 11 May. All money for purchased tickets shall be returned to theatregoers by 30 September 2020.
All theatregoers who purchased tickets to LNOBT’s performances on 13 March – 4 July 2020, have a possibility to exchange the tickets into a gift card of the same value, which shall be valid for performances of the 2020/2021 Season (the gift card is valid until 30 June 2021). You will be able to use the card while buying tickets online or at the box office (once the quarantine is over). If you agree to exchange your tickets and receive a gift card instead, please let us know by writing an e-mail to info@opera.lt.
We kindly ask theatregoers who purchased tickets to LNOBT’s performances on 13 March – 4 July 2020, to contact the Information Office by writing an e-mail to info@opera.lt in regard to ticket returns. Should you wish to return your tickets, please send a free-form request with an indication of the date, time, account details for the money transfer (name, account number, bank name), and attach copies of the tickets or exact information of the tickets (bar codes). All money for previously purchased tickets shall be returned to theatregoers by 30 September 2020.
